The media could not be loaded.  Very happy with this hand strengthener. It feels very sturdy I've been using it for a month now and can feel significant gains in finger and hand strength. When using it you can feel real tension and see the whitening of your hand. My fingers and hands feel more defined and the veins look bigger. I like that it's adjustable so you can keep progressing. There are no signs of wear and tear and I imagine the lifetime warranty won't be needed. It's a good stress reliever and you can feel the burn after just a few minutes. Photo and video of it below.

A great purchase. Well made but a little awkward to use for women's small hands, even though you can adjust it for size and I have it on the smallest setting. But this is helping to strengthen all the little muscles of the hand and wrist. Great at preventing RSI , Carpal tunnel etc. and general tightness.

I bought this for my 92yr old dad who has finger mobility issues. I finds it difficult but in the long run I’m convinced it will be a win for him.

Some of the other kinds of devices around do not make it easy to work your thumb, this one does.
