The engraving is not very good or well placed. The Parker pens are the cheapest possible pens and the gift packaging is also very cheap and nasty.The delivery was delayed and I contacted the seller and they did state that this was not there problem and sent me the tracking history which wasn’t very helpful as I had this already. I expected next day delivery and didn’t get item for over 5 days and was obviously disappointed with the product on arrival. I could have gone to WH Smith, brought the pens myself and written on them with sharpies better than this. Not a happy chappy.
