Wusthof 14 cm Santoku Knife, Black

I have had this knife as part of the set I use daily. Needed a shorter knife for the delicate tasks and it just does the job. After a few years I have had the knife profile professionally reground and they cut like new. My go to for super trustworthy knives.

Just beautiful. Everyday I admire this knife.The design is classic, clean and feels comfortable in my hand. It is light and perfectly weighted.The blade is a perfect length for a wide variety of uses and the blade is exceptionally sharp (I found my self doing sashimi for the sheer joy of seeing how sharp the blade is). I have owned my knife for two months, have used it everyday but still there is no need to resharpen.To summarise; a beautiful knife that is extremely well made, sharp, perfectly weighted and a pleasure to use. I can literally say I adore this knife.

I am a big fan of Wüsthof knives and although I was surprised at how small this knive actually was, I have found I use it very regularly.This knife has really held it's edge well and have not needed to sharpen as yet, although I tend to use this for tomatoes and fruit so don't envisage I will need to sharpen too soon.This particular size knife is fairly specific-use so if you are looking for a regular utility knife I would probably recommend you look at the 17cm.

Just love these knives - I’m building a whole collection of them. They are comfortable to use and beautifully sharp.

In my opinion these have to be best knives you can buy ,pricey yes but they will last a lifetime could not fault

Sharp and beautifully weighted. The indents on the side to prevent food from sticking don't have quite the effect I'd hoped for as smaller items continue to stick. If for any reason I had to replace it I'd be happy enough getting another one of these.

This just cuts through everything beautifully. Really strong and well made. Excellent product
