This is a fantastic book. Uplifting messages without being patronising. Helpful in times of crisis or when you just need a wee boost. I bought this book to remind my daughter how strong she is when she was struggling. It did the job and she reads a little from it each day. A very good buy!

This is a cute little book. I bought it for a gift for a sister & it is really nice quality too. Pictures attached to so what it looks like.

I bought a couple of these little books as I have a couple of friends that have been having a rough time lately. I gave a card, some treats and the little book to a friend who had just had a couple of surgeries. She told me that she reads and re-reads the little book all the time. She said she loves the messages. So, it did what I was hoping it would. Not a bad price, and was hardcover. Have been watching for other options as will most likely by others.
