tried on a fish fry a few years back but, could not locate it locally. Works for most all freshwater fillets

Read the nutrition label carefully
I think the nutritional label is misleading. I was looking for a low carb fish fry. On the label it states less than 1 g of carbs per serving. The serving listed on the package is 1/4 teaspoon. Yes 1/4 teaspoon what can you do with that??? So this is higher in carbs than any other brand I have found. I am highly disappointed. Otherwise it’s not a bad product but I will be giving it away.
