I bought this Plantronics Audio 648 headset to use on a Mac. I use it for skype and I'm very happy with the sound quality – it's clear as a bell. Several reviewers have complained about the weight of the controls when wearing the headphones. I've not found this to be a problem at all, in fact the control bar seems very light to me. My only small complaint is that the over-the-ear part of the headphones is not terribly well designed, and they are fiddly to put on compared to another pair of headphone I have in this style. The headset is not adjustable which was not a problem for me, but for a person with a large head they might be uncomfortable. Also you can't really wear specs while wearing these headphones. But these are minor ergonomic complaints, overall I like the headphones and am happy with my purchase.

I have purchased a number of these headsets for use in our office. Excellent sound quality and the noise reduction works exceptionally well as our office is very noisy, but we can still hold conversations without having to push the set against your head or cracking up the volume all the way. Comfortable wearing it for long durations. No complaints from me or the rest of the office.

Needed a new USB headset, this headset feels comfortable to wear, the sound quality is good.Light, but seem to be durable.

Does the job, slightly too tight on the head not with much permanent flex (which is a good thing in the long term) but means it stays the same level of uncomfortable in long sessions, not recommended for people with glasses, audio quality seems to be clear on both ends however resets volume level on restart leading to many defending startups of calls where I've forgotten to lower the volume on the headsets controller box.I would say worth more £10

Refunded the headset it was just very uncomfortable as the top part of the headset is flat even though a human head is round so the flat part digs into your skull. Both me and my partner hated it.Sound quality is decent but also leaves a lot to be desired. I have an old Logitech H151 cheap headset and that one even has better sound quality.

High quality, does the job really well. It is also comfortable and lightweight. Much better than previously bought headsets.

Great quality! There are a couple of things I love about these:- They're very light. You almost don't feel them!- Sound quality is amazing! Great for calls and webinars (that's mostly what I do)- No need to install any software, my laptop picks them up immediatelyThe only downside, which isn't really a dealbreaker for me, is that there's a bit of white noise when everything is muted. But it kinda reminds me of the sea so in a way it's relaxing. No big issue!But jokes aside, it's a great product! I'd totally recommend them!
