It's big
It's big enough for a few pairs of jeans even a small blanket. It washes really well and the drain pump works good enough. Those saying the spin drum is loud, I have it on flat floor and it's no louder than the wash drum. Highly recommend for those with little space and it saves from going to a laundromat

Stopped working two months after the return limit.
It's stopped working two months after the return limit. Some kind of clog that I can't reach prevents it from draining which means I can't wash properly. Not durable. It was fine and workable before.

Great Portable Washer
This was a gift for my mother. I bought her this portable washer because I own one. The washer is very reliable, it’s small enough for a woman to handle. My mom is an elder and she loves the fact that she can move her washer from room to room. My clothes always come out very clean and no more laundromats for me. The washer is lightweight and durable. It is a great value for your money. It’s easy to use and you really do not have to connect it. I use a bucket to fill my washer and I love it!

It does wash clothes, however, beware of the weak pump.
For washing clothes, 10 out of 10. For spin drying, it does a great job. However, the pump is extremely weak. I've had this since March, been using it semi-weekly, and I'm at a point where the pump no longer works. I have to tip the entire machine over to drain the water. There also doesn't seem to be a warranty, so just beware that the pump may fail on you and you will be resorted to tipping the machine over to drain the water every single time.

Great machine for the price and works very well!
My husband and I ordered this because I'm disabled and can't get into the basement to do laundry. We thought this would be a good option so I can at least keep up with our light-weight clothes. It turns out that I absolutely love this machine! Yes, there are a few downfalls due to the size, but at least I'm able to contribute to the chores again. The spin basket is considerably smaller than the wash drum, so I have to divide each load up to spin out. But the spin is so powerful that the clothes come out drier than what they would after spinning out in a regular washing machine. The filter is difficult to remove, but does catch quite a bit of lint and as long as it's cleaned out after each wash, there's no problem with lint on my clothes. We chose this model because there was a pump for the drain feature. I've had no issues with all the water being pumped out. I can't use the water inlet hose because it's too small for our bathroom sink or shower hose, so I just use my shower hose to fill the machine up, so it's not been an issue. It washes very well, is pretty quiet and doesn't take very long to do a load of laundry. For what it is, I think it's a great value for the price, and would recommend this product to others. I've been using it for a few months now and I'm very happy with the purchase. My husband still insists on doing his work clothes and bedding downstairs, saying he doesn't want to risk tearing the machine up, but at least I'm able to take some of responsibility from him and feel useful again.

Actually works!!
I was super hesitant to order a portable washing machine but I can't have a full washer in my apartment and I dread the laundry mat. I'm about to have a baby, meaning I will need to wash things constantly. So I tried this one and it thankfully works very well! The instructions are confusing because they're poorly translated but basically you attach the intake hose at the top and fill the machine from my sink faucet. Once it's about 3/4 full I add a splash of laundry detergent and load it up. I try to make sure there's at least six inches of space from the water to the top. I run a cycle, then put the drain hose in the bathtub and run the drain cycle while unloading the washer. The spin dry section is smaller than the washer so I typically divide it into thirds and do each pile separately. (Note, KEEP THE DRAIN HOSE IN THE BATHTUB.) if the washer is thrashing while spinning take everything out and re-load, it's just uneven. Then I hang the spun-dried items for a day to completely dry them. It's PERFECT for socks, underwear, baby clothes, shirts and washcloths. You could probably do pants or towels but you would need to do them one at a time basically. I've used it a few times at this point and really like it! Additional hose extenders or power cord extenders might be needed.

Great for small loads / small spaces
I bought this because I live in a fifth wheel trailer with no washer or dryer. It stays in my bathroom, which is kind of small but suits my needs. I can wash either two pairs of jeans, three dresses or four skirts for the heavy stuff I was able to also wash my sheets queen size bed Have not tried blankets or towels yet nothing super heavy . For the rinsing/spinner I can fit one dress maybe two at a time depend on how thick they are as for the sheets one at a time. I really do love this. It’s helping because I can’t get to the laundry mat. Unfortunately, I still have to go to the laundromat to do my large blankets and towels. Great investment if you live in a small space and have no laundry near nearby. The machine itself is not super loud great speed make sure you have a good water to clothing ratio. Otherwise the clothes won’t spin.

Stopped working
This stopped working for me about 3 months after buying it. It will not drain at all even after I followed all the recommendations that product support had.
