Very pleasantly surprised
I'm quite taken aback at how good this is. I had been considering the purchase of a far more expensive machine but it seemed an unjustifiable cost, plus, on a closer look, it all seemed a lot of fuss and bother, which is a fault with 90% of kitchen gadgets, imo.Anyway, I have only used this twice so far but it really is amazing: throw in a few nuts and some water and less than 10 minutes later you have completely smooth, creamy, delicious nut milk with none of the strange ingredients often found in manufactured milks. It's also really easy to clean: use the auto function or just give it a quick swill out and you are done. It's a convenient size and does not take up too much kitchen/counter room.I'd have preferred it to have a "cordless" design like kettles do, to save having to plug and unplug all the time but that really is a minor niggle. Overall, for the reasonable price, I think this is an excellent piece of kit.

Badly designed
When I bought this product I thought oh wonderful I can make all my own milks and drinks it is good for making cold milks and the shakes but when you make soya milk . it cooks the soya bean and the blades chop up the soya beans the milk comes out okay but the device is very dangerous . most of very hot temperatures and the force of the blades chopping the soya beans delete comes off and you lose most of your milk and not to say how dangerous it is I could’ve been very badly burnt the lead does not stay on properly at that high temperatures in the high speeds so I would not recommend this product as it is very dangerous when you are making soya milk . Would not recommend

Superb for plant milks
Fabulous machine, works a treat for smoothies, porridge and nut milks. I make fresh daily nut milks of any sort without any hassle. Machine is sturdy, suction feet to keep it in place when working, great for last minute orange juice, carrot and apple in the morning or almond, oat, any nut milk for cereals. Done in minutes! Even blitz fresh herbs for pesto or sauces or lemon and mint for a quick drink!

Does what it says.... Really well.
Makes great plant milk, appears well made, & easy to clean. would be 5 stars but instructions and recipe books are pretty confusing, and at points contradictory! This aside, common sense will guide people to their own blends and recipes.

Poor quality
The screen looks damaged, not the quality I was expecting especially as this should have been picked up on inspection when packing the item. Also broke on 2nd use.Update 1: The seller contacted me and refunded the purchase as a gesture of goodwill. That’s a good sign the company takes their customer’s experience seriously. I’ve used the product once so far.Update 2: on 2nd use the machine made a soft sparking noise inside, the lights on the display flickered and then it stopped working completely.

You need one of these
WHen i baught this i found it full of vine reviews, I just didnt find themhelpful. I have a high powered blender and make my own coconumt/ almond milk. since it didnt have a built in seive ( i only realised after it arrived!) i was simley going to return it. I looked at the cup and i thought thats far too small but hey lets give it a go, i am so glad i did. It made around 800ml of almond milk and theire was such a small amount of waste, i actually dont filter the nut milk produced as i like teh texture but its nothing like my high powered blender. I can use one coconut and make 7 litres of creamy milk ( i add chia seeds). Bad points, i hate the buttons! but this is an amazing piece of kit and you have to get one!

Electrical shortage
This was working great the first month, but then it started having electrical problems. I use this for oat milk - Putting the oat milk setting on, it takes 25 minutes. After about 3 minutes, it stops. I then have to start it over again. Sometimes this works, and sometimes not. I also tried changing which outlet I plugged it into. Sometimes this works, sometimes not. Seems to be something wonky with the electrical connections.I’m past the return window now and have to find a different machine.
