Wasn't good at first, but try it for sleep!
Trying to wear it during the day, it ended up getting in the way more than I liked. Plus absolutely still possible to slouch with pinched shoulders and curved neck.I liked that it has strong Velcro, and that it can't be accidentally undone very easily. However, it pinches my armpit, making it almost unbearable to wear during my regular day routineA coworker was also interested in this, and mentioned that his chiropractor recommend if he were to try this, to only try it while sleeping, so I'd thought I'd try it for sleep before considering that it's just a garbage product.For the first time in several years, o was able to fall asleep on my back! Now I'm a creature of habit, even in sleep, and notice at some point during the night I take it off and flip right back over to sleep on my stomach, but it's still progress! Plus wearing it before going to sleep, I notice I breathe deeper and easier (and as a shallow breather who binds their chest during the day, that's essential!) though that could also be from my usual sleeping position changing.I would highly recommend this to people for those that want to correct their sleeping position

Very difficult to put on: you have to reach behind your back to pull the straps to attach to the front. Perhaps, you should make the straps longer.
