No more flooding
I had issues with my basement flood after moving into my new home. The septic tank broke and we would have to go turn it on manually to drain every hour our of fear it would destroy our flooring. Due to the high flooding in our area we couldn't get anyone to come out for 2 weeks. Everyone was booked. We bought on of these and we were finally able to stop taking shifts sleeping. It works! Easy to set up for notifications to you phone and email. It's now one of our go to house warming gifts.

Awesome sensor! Saved me tons in potential water damages!
The sensor works perfectly and is very sensitive. I have a water heater in my attic that's sitting on an overflow pan. For some reason, it started leaking randomly and overflowed the pan, causing water to leak through the ceiling. What a nightmare. I got this sensor and it alerted me after another leak. It allowed me to immediately go up and check it out. I located the issue, fixed it and the pan didn't overflow this time. It went off one more time after a small droplet tripped the sensor, so it's very sensitive, which is good. Overall, I'm extremely happy with it and it's way better than anything else on the market.

Quiet Alarm, But Notifications Work Well
Update: Bumped this up to 4 stars after support reached out to me wanting to fix the problems I described. Great customer support, and I will do probably buy a few sensors for personal use in my basement at home now. They are sending a new sensor to replace the one that had issues with the battery compartment, and will work to try and address the volume level of the audible alarm.——I’d rate these devices at 3.5 stars. I purchased three for our business to monitor water exposure near critical network infrastructure, as recommended in a recent risk assessment. The build quality is decent, though one of the battery compartments didn’t seal properly. Each sensor connects to the main unit via a cord, which I mounted on the wall away from water sources. The audible alarm is disappointingly quiet—you won’t hear it from outside of the room they're in if there's any ambient noise. These are installed in equipment rooms that have constant noise from fans and running network hardware. However, I rely on email and text alerts, which work as intended.Connectivity-wise, one device struggled to connect to Wi-Fi but eventually stabilized. The app is simple to use, and alerts function reliably. After over a month, they’ve performed as expected during testing, though I haven’t had an actual need for them yet.

Works perfectly!
I recently bought a 3 pack of the water leak detectors. I placed them in my basement to track down where water was coming from and when it appeared so I could promptly dry it. They have worked well so far and have alerted me to a few times that water has appeared. The audible alarm, push notification and email have all been helpful.

Great Water Leaking Alam for Remote Locations
Test OK. Just need to install the phone APP SwitchBot with this device so you can monitor the water leak incidents remotely. The device needs a reliable WIFI 2.4GHz internet access (like IOT) to work independently without the need of a hub. For the remote location detection, the buzz siren can be turned off and the warning notification can be shown on the cell phone as well as via email.

An once of prevention
Seems to work perfect when tested, got them in my basement & garage, for $20 will be worth every penny for a heads up the next time a potential problem pops up.App alerts on iPhone at home or away is just what I was looking for

Works as should
Seems to be a good value. The first night the round sensor that I had stuck to the pipe in my sump fell into the water and went off. It was 1:30 am so I was glad to see that it just fell but assured me that it does work.

Works, but not very compatible
If you aren't comfortable with the China -based software running on your phone, you don't have a lot of options to get the notifications from this water sensor. I set up home assistant which can connect to this device via Wi-Fi, and can do automations based on the wet/dry triggers.Bottom line: it does work to sense water, but to get notified you need to work at it.
