My wife wanted an echo dot for mother’s day to put in the bathroom. Great idea to have tunes while you get ready however the only plugs we had were on either side of the countertop; nothing in the center between the two sinks where it would be out of the way. Plugging it in the side outlets either put it in the way of everything or draped the cord across everything. This little device is genius. It allows the echo dot to be out of the way off the countertop. Better yet it gets rid of the long cumbersome cord (mini cord is included). Also it works on vertical as well as horizontal switch layouts. It was just what we needed so I bought a second one for my daughters bathroom.

Feels slightly flimsy but just stays on the wall and doesnt get handled so it should hold up... i wouldnt uninstall and reinstall often pr else probably wouldnt survive... but leaving it in place its been great. Keeps my dot off my counter and gets rid of the awful ridiculously long cord that was just an eyesore. All in all its great. Hope they come out with one for my 3rd gens! Because ill be first in line!

I'm really glad someone re-designed the wall mount for dots. I have a few of the older style, and while they are fine in some areas, this unit is far superior for sockets over/under countertops or at chair rail height. This is my second of this style, and they eliminate cord snagging issues and disarray. These make good charging docks for battery bases as well.

I love this for my echo dot. Before I kept it in the counter top and it just looked messy with the long cable running to the power outlet. This looks much better and no longer uses any precious cabinet space.

A must have for any Dot owner. I was gonna give it 3 stars just because I'm upset I did not come up with this idea. But I gave it a well deserved 5 star rating. Purchased 2 of these for both my Dots.

Fits the Echo dot great, comes with a short power cord. For the price it was the lowest I could find and it does the job well. No issues.
