So I bought an expensive heater that lasted a year. It had more issues with the pool and the pump that it was always hit or miss on whether the water would be warm. Needless to say it broke this year and was going to cost as much as just buying a new one. I found this while searching and was half the price. It has been wonderful. The water has maintained a nice warm level even with my pool being mostly in the shade.

Customer service at this company is a complete and utter disgrace. We wanted to give the heater some time to see if it was right for us, so we had it for a couple of months. When we decided it was not heating our water, we wanted to replace or return it. We were told that we missed the 30 day window to return it. Asked for a replacement, was told that was only possible if we paid shipping both ways. Horrible customer service, we are stuck with a heater that doesn't heat our water.

To start, no. This heater will not make your pool feel like a hot tub. Nevertheless, we swam on summer nights when the temp dropped to around 75 - 79 degrees and the pool felt great. It was certainly warmer in the pool than outside of it on those nights. In my experience, if installed correctly, the heater does do what it's made to do.

Works as described, slow but qet the job done. My kids love it. No more cold water.

I have a 10ft Intex round pool, and this heat pump is amazing! It took about a day to heat the water to 90+. My kids absolutely love playing in the warm water!

The media could not be loaded. One star because I can’t give it zero. Please do not spend the money on this absolute worthless piece of junk. It doesn’t come with any hoses to connect it to your pool so I spent an additional hundred dollars to even get it to connect to my pool. I finally get it connected and I plug it in and the first thing it does is give me an error message. The instructions are written in English, but by a non-English speaking person clearly. They want me to take the whole unit apart to see if a plug is stuck sending this absolutely worthless piece of crap back.

I purchased this unit last winter and only installed this spring. The installation was straightforward. However, when I first ran it, I got an error code E06. I reached out to customer service via email, and they were very knowledgeable and quick to respond. It turned out that the inlet and outlet hoses were reversed. Now everything is running well! Thank you!

Does not work. Fan won’t blow. Ambient temp is extremely warm, so that’s not the issue. Unit completely freezes over with ice. No heat supplies to pool at all.
