Q: Can this be used for under breast fungal rash?

I should imagine so. I used it to treat athlete's foot, which I caught by using the gym shower. It cleared it up pretty quickly, and also all subsequent flare ups. It has a fairly pleasant smell, is non-greasy and seems to deal with fungal infections very well. So I would give it a try, it's a good product.

Q: what size is the tube?

each tube is 25g of white antifungal cream - ie 75g total for 3 packs. 3 packs lasts AGES, and therefore great if you are treating a persistent fungal nail infection - which typically takes about 3 months.

Q: Is this cream suitable for under breast fungal rash?

I would say not. Both Athlete's Foot and the condition you mention are both caused by a fungus but given the sensitivity of the the breast area which is unlike the tougher area of the feet, you shouldn't use this cream but something more specific.
