I have used two with acrylic paint to make pine trees. I'm not a professional artist selling big canvas paintings. I'm sure those artists use the 8 dollar brushes.

These are just the right sizes, and they are soft and pliable.

Nice brushes for crafting. Very thin bristles.

I use these brushes to brush off corn starch off my cookies. It keeps the cookies from sticking to the bag. These brushes are sturdy and work great.

There were too many gaps in the bristles of these fan brushes when they arrived. I could have gotten a bad set, but if they are all like this, then they are not the brushes to choose for best painting results. I returned them.

Fan brushes are my favorites. I have so much fun creating with these super creations

I wanted varrying sizes in fan brushes found these but before I could order them they went out of atock. Think this sows there great value for money, before I'd even thought of looking in Amazon went toWH Smiths 1 cost me £8.They're soft to touch and arrive in a small plastic pouch. The size of this pouch is my only quibble because the brushes are scruched together when they arrive.
