The quality of the the product is fine but the difference in sizing I received is frustrating. I ordered 65cm in both black and yellow. As you can see in the photo they are both very different in size. The black one is filled up tighter and I will most likely take some air out to make it softer. The yellow is already filled up pretty big and has a lot more room to fill before it gets firm...

I bought this for a decent price during “prime sale event”. Was looking for a cheep way to entertain the horses at my local rescue barn. Takes a licking and keeps on rolling. Can’t believe it held up this long. It’s a fun bright green so we can find it pretty easy if it rolls off somewhere in the yards. Sorry I’m not using for intended use. It does come with the foot pump & valves & plugs which didn’t show that on the box picture or in the description on the website; so that was cool.

I ordered a 85cm (33.46 inches) Promic ball. When it came, I inflated it but it only inflated to 27 inches or 68.6 cm. I double checked the box it came in and it said 85cm. I read I should let the ball "rest" for a day and then inflate more the next day. Twenty-four hours later, I inflated the ball some more until it felt firm. I measured it again and it reached 28 inches or 71.1 cm. Even though the box says 85cm, there was no way this way could be blown to stretch to that size. I think it is likely a 75cm that was put in the wrong box. I already have a 75cm ball made by another company and it is even a bit larger than this "85cm" ball. I wanted a bigger ball so had to return this Promic since it was the wrong size. I didn't want to try re-ordering it since they may send another 75cm ball in a 85cm box.The ball material felt fine. It was sticky but didn't attract dirt nor lint. The foot pump was easy to use. Too bad I can't trust the size. If anyone should order, you should measure the ball when you inflate to make sure you get the correct size.

Stability ball came without instructions on how to inflate which is not a big deal, you can look it up and it's pretty self explanatory for the most part. However, my hose came with a hole in it which made inflating the ball difficult and I had to find a way to wrap the hose to use it. The hose and pump were both kinda cheap feeling and felt like the pump part could break at any time. Ball itself seems alright so far.Update*** ball popped randomly. About a 2 inch slot in between seems. I would suggest paying a little more for a higher quality stability ball set.

Perfect ball to do some at home exercises! It is perfectly sized for my small size. I'm 5'2 and I got the 45-85 cm ball. You gotta be patient inflating this ball, but trust me it's worth it. The pump does feel a little cheap, but I really don't mind it!

Good sturdy ball. I got it for back pain as this is my 3rd pregnancy. It does seem like it's having a little bit of a hard time retaining air, but came with an additional plug so I'll try that one to see if it helps. I would definantly suggest going a few size up depending on what your needs are because it was smaller than I expected and I even went one size up.

This is so versatile! I can use it for sitting, exercising, and just generally fooling around.The feet pump provided with this is a nice courtesy, however inflating the ball this way is so much work! I used my feet, hands, and mouth. After the ball was inflated I remembered that I have a pump in my car. Silly me. I'dd advice you to use an electronic pump or get ready to sweat a little.I highly recommend this ball and I am sitting on it while writing this review. I only wish there was some sort of instruction manual. Apparently you are meant to fill it 80%, then let it seat for 24 hours, then fill it all the way. Nonetheless, it does not get better at this price point. I'm going to get so toned!

Love this ball, I use it at work as a chair for core strengthening. I've started doing sit ups on it while at my desk, I plan to get a base and use cords to give myself a workout throughout the day. I am a daily gym dude, and like to use the cords and yoga ball to stay loose and add resistance training... eventually will need to beat my coworker because he keeps taking it and using it for himself. I'm kidding I won't beat him, but I may get another and give it to him

This is tough. My toddlers play rough with it constantly and bounce on it with me. I just got it for myself but I’d say my kids play with it 99% of the time and have so much fun! The cheap pump is a bit of a pain in the ass but it got the job done. There were no real specific guidelines ok how much to fill it, it just says not to overfill it all over the place but no indication of how full is “too full”.

I like it. Mine did come with instructions, and the foot pump worked great for me (other than the adapter that goes into the hole not wanting to stay on and having to be taped); it didn't break, was easy as heck to use, and I had it inflated to 80% in about 10 minutes. It does seem like it could be a bit smaller than it's meant to be (I'm a little scared to keep inflating it, not sure when to stop), but since it seems to be the right size for me, I'm happy! Time will tell how durable it is, but I'm pleased so far.

Pros: No smell. The pump worked perfectly unlike the other reviews: it took about 15 minutes to fill it up to the 80% of the full size as the guide book included. And doesn’t deflate as time goes. Been used for 3 weeks every day, but no issues.Cons: Oval! What’s annoying with it is that it rolls over in random directions both when it’s standing alone and when I use it for the balance. But realized it’s getting rounder little by little (used for 3 weeks now), decided to keep it and see how it ends up.And the size is 60cm (not 65cm). It works for my needs anyway, but it would have been not disturbing as mush if I knew it before I receive it.

I was disappointed in this exercise ball. First, it is oval, not round. Second, it is way too soft, even when inflated. I just sink into it instead of sitting on it. The material it is made of does not off-gas, but it is definitely thinner than I would have expected.

Seems to be good quality. Easy to inflate as it had a foot pump. You have to inflate 80% the first day. Has special clip to remove pin to continue inflation the following day. It had a couple of exercises that one can do with the ball - would be nice to have a booklet with a few more exercises.
