I needed a slight lift to a CPAP pillow I was using. This was the perfect solution. The wedge fits under the CPAP pillow to give it some height but does not cause bulk. This would also work great for traveling as a back wedge to give more support in the lumbar region. I am very happy with this purchase. The quality of the product is good and there is not a smell, which is a real plus. I would buy this again.

This is a nice memory foam pillow, however it has some drawbacks:1- bad smell right out of the bag. It took about 3-4 days of airing it out for the smell to disappear.2- pillow cases don' stay. If you want a traditional pillow case for this, good luck! A zipper one would be better because this thing slides right out.3- shape. The wedge is nice, but as someone who needs better support, it almost works better if the rounded part is at your neck

Love the pillow, but it gets a bit warm... could be me. The pillow is very soft and cushioning. I would recommend it. I do love it, I just wish it was cooler somehow.

Works great for me, I sleep on my side and my back at times and this pillow supports my neck well and is overall very comfortable. the wedge is not as pronounced as some other i've tried and it feels easy on my neck either on my side or back. Its hard to objectively rate a pillow since a lot if personal preference but I think this pillow is an awesome value for how comfortable i've found it to be

I got this for my daughter-in-law, and the following is her review:I was skeptical of this pillow because of its unique shape. Also, when I pulled it out of the very small box, it was so flat I didn't think it could "grow" enough to be a normal-sized pillow. But it did, and I love it! I am a side sleeper, and this may be my favorite pillow yet. The unique shape is very comfortable and just the right balance of firm and squishy. As a bonus, my husband can snuggle me without making my pillow run away. My hubby likes to snuggle me from behind and put his arm under my pillow, but in the past, that has always made my pillows scooch up the headboard, leaving me pillow-less and with a kink in my neck, but not with this pillow. He can slide his arm under the narrow portion while I use the wide portion, and it's a double win! I also find this pillow very comfortable for propping up against the headboard and reading before bed- which my previous pillows were not. I've been using this for several weeks and sleeping better than ever.

This pillow seems a little flatter than what I expected based on the pictures. I didn't think I'd like it as I like thicker and fluffier pillows. But I was wrong as I do really love it, especially since I'm a side sleeper. I always sleep with an arm under my pillow and noticed that when I slept with this one I didn't do it as much. I'm not sure why but my arms finally got a break. It might be because of the angle and memory foam aspect of it. It was just too awkward for my arm and it was comfortable on its own. I will say that when I tried it on my back, it wasn't great. And my husband thought it was weird (he's a back sleeper), so I don't think this is a multi-position pillow.
