About 2 years ago, my dentist used "heavy duty" cleaning tools to remove my tartar build-up. I was puzzled because I had pre-brush rinsed, brushed and flossed religiously. After some research on coconut oil's teeth-cleaning benefits, I tried CocoPull as my pre-brush rinse. Went for my next 6-month check-up and the dentist had very little to do! When asked, I told him I had flossed more. (Didn't want him to tell me to stop using CocoPull.) Then wouldn't you know it - CocoPull was unavailable for a short time. So I decided to use up all the sample-size toothpastes and mouthwashes my dentist had gifted me. Went in for my next 6-month cleaning and my teeth were loaded with tartar! Did more research and discovered that many think the chemicals in today's teeth cleaning products remove the good protective bacteria in our mouths as well as the bad. So I went back to CocoPull as soon as it was available again. And sure enough, the dentist had very little to do at my next check-up. Please note that I'm just relaying my personal experience and I'm not a dental professional. But for me, CocoPull has been truly amazing.

Aviva Pure CocoPull is an excellent product. I've used the individual packets for months and love them. I also purchased CocoPull for my kids because they have sensitive teeth. They were able to whiten their teeth naturally without pain.I like this new larger 8 oz bottle because it fits in my medicine cabinet easily. When I travel, I'll still use the packets, but I love the amber glass bottle for home use.When I received my order, I read the instructions on the box. It explains that you need to put the coconut oil in warm water to make it liquid. I did that, and the oil pours out nicely.I think the thing I like best about this product is its simple ingredients - I know exactly what I'm using. I'm glad I found a safe oral detox with organic coconut oil and peppermint. Plus, it works - my teeth definitely are whiter.

I love the cleanliness I feel after switching & brushing. Be sure to only spit in a trash can. I also recommend you wipe off your teeth & tongue. I found this out the hard way with a stopped up sink. I would always spit in the trash, but the remaining oil in your mouth when you brush & spit in your sink will clog your sink. I definitely like the packets over the bottle. If the oil is under 76° it will be hard. Therefore, you have to put the bottle under hot water to get any out. I don’t agree that this is a whitener. I have used this product everyday (1 bottle & over 140 packets) & my teeth should blind you when I smile, but that’s not the case. My dentist even said it wouldn’t whiten, but is great for oral hygiene.

I first heard about the value of using coconut oil from an email I received from nutritionist Dr. Joseph Mercola and tried it with Trader Joe's coconut oil. Ugh! Aviva's product is so pleasant. The ten minutes I spend swishing it about is not a problem thanks to its pleasant peppermint flavoring. I believed in the concept. Now, it's a pleasant experience.

The Product worked better than expected. Cleaned my teeth and mouth of Bacteria and left it smelling clean and minty-fresh. Also whitened my teeth by one shade.

Very light and pleasant flavor. Noticed at least a shade whiter smile after one use (20+ minutes). I had been using another brand the week prior with many a shade change over the week.

❤️this product. Only wish that they would sell at vitamin shoppe places. My gums are healthy and have some white teeth.
