Q: How is this on black skin? I'm a couple of shades lighter than the First Lady.

This powder is great on black skin. I am African American and i love it. I would say that you and i are in the same color zone. It gives a slight glow to the skin but in a natural way.

Q: I looked up rubiglow--color earth and this came up. same urn same earth name. is it the same as rubiglow?

I have no idea. I used Indian earth about 35 yrs ago. The puff is fuzzy. I tossed it. But I still really like the IE. I use it daily instead of make up. Sometimes I put a finish powder over it.

Q: how do you use as lip tint? With Vaseline?

Simply brush powder on lips and "seal" with a clear gloss (or vaseline)
