First off, thanks for making a storage bag that’s actually big enough to comfortably get the air mattress into while not in use.This thing has been worth every penny. Stretched a little the first night or two of use on a vacation but after that it did not deflate noticably overnight. I’m 200lbs 6’ tall with a bad back. I was shocked at how comfortable it is, and it got me through a 5 night ordeal. Worth price charged just for that alone.Had a similar size adult use it about 2 months later and on night two, it went flat overnight - a tear about 3/8” developed at a seam above the motor . Attempted to use the repair kit but the location was too challenging for the repair patch, I was able to reinflate it but once weight was applied, it lose air fairly quickly. Called support but it was on a saturday, so we made other arrangements for this family member and I figured I’d call back during normal business hours.Fast forward to Monday morning and I get a call from a strange number and it’s these folks, even though I didn’t even leave a message. Dumbfounded, I described what happened, gave them my amazon order number and that same day I got ship notification for a replacement at no cost to me. Now THAT is customer service.I’m glad I ponied up for the premium brand over the other available options, this great customer service experience plus how comfortable it is, easy it is to inflate / deflate / store makes it a no-brainer to recommend. Mine is the full size fyi.

I have purchased two of these air mattresses and have had no complaints from any of the guests who have stayed on it. When I encountered an issue, I called customer service and they were wonderful; very understanding and prompt.It’s pretty easy and fairly quick to inflate and deflate. I like the design of it. It’s easy to clean, comfortable, and durable. I wouldn’t recommend people to buy it for every day use (or any air mattress). It’s great for guests or even camping trips if you have a big enough tent. It’d be like a 5 star camping. Haha

I've owned this bed for several months now and at first I couldn't get comfortable, then I realized that the amount of comfort you experience is directly related to the amount of air that you fill it in based on your body weight. So I had to make several adjustments for my body type, composition and the temp that I sleep at, once I did I was able to sleep soundly. This bed is no different from others in the regards that the air inside will made the mattress itself feel wet/cold as you lay on it for extended periods so I remedy this by putting blankets on top of the fitted sheet (a heated blanket is the go-to in the winter) to create a warmth barrier so that I don't experience this sensation.Almost two months into ownership the mattress sprung a leak, I contacted customer service right away and they shipped me out a replacement in 24hrs, no questions asked other than my address and order#. I couldn't ask for more from a small company and based on that and how well it's performed the past two months I'd strongly recommend this brand.

Bought my full air mattress in march. The first few times it stay inflated all night. I like it that when I move around when sleeping on this air mattress it doesn’t squeak like others that I’ve bought. Recently it started to deflate and by morning we were sleeping on the floor. I contacted customer service and was able to get a replacement. Can’t wait to use it again.

I had googled searched "top rated air mattresses" and this one popped up so I purchased it. I enjoyed it until one night I woke up sinking into it, I had found a small tear in one of the seams. I called up the company and within 1 phone call they had told me that they were sending out a new one. Great customer service, very nice and understanding on the phone.
