They're all in a nice metal box and well packed mail.The inner case is thick & I think it gonna protect my phone very well! I wanted a case with clean and sleek look. It exceeded my expectation. I just received it, earlier than scheduled in a very presentable box (not that it made a difference and yet, was a very nice touch). It fits the iPhone X perfectly. The blue color is elegant even though it is darker than I invisioned. I hope it will function as well as it looks.
