I love this light. The magnetic feature is great (at least if you have a steel hood on your car), and the round shape feels good in your hand. The light's very bright, and I like the two different patterns you can choose. Feels nice and solid, too.

I really like this light, the way it has 2 light settings and is magnetic. I bought the tool creeper for it to magnetically stick to and position anywhere under the car. Also the light is magnetically round and can be positioned at any angle. Comes with batteries installed, just have to pull the little piece of insulating plastic out for it to work. It should also be handy to put on the underside of a car hood to shine in the engine compartment. Arrived on time and in good shape.

So far this light has been great love the magnetic base it holds the light very well. Easily you can position the light where you need it. So far if I had to complain it would be that they come out with a smaller version. Also could be priced lower. I have used this as well with out the base several times as just a flashlight. The battery life has been great as well although I don't use this on a daily basis I do use it maybe weekly. I would recommend this product. Especially if you work on cars.

Exactly as I thought it would be except larger. The magnetic base seems powerful F to hold it on any surface even upside down. It is a bit plastically. Not willing to test its durability but I would not be surprised if it broke if you put it under too much stress. But also like to be able to have the inner light on separate from the outer ring light

Bought one from Costco to work on the jeep, love the magnetic swivel mount. Dropped it on concrete numerous times, I'm surprised its still functioning. I bought another to put them above in the cabin

Best thought out light.For what it is designed for works perfectly. Just waiting to see how long the batteries last.

The base is definitely magnetic and sticks to my car, fridge, and file cabinets. The light ball I received is NOT magnetic! It just falls off the base. Not even a slight magnetic attraction between the base and ball. I tried with the base flat facing up, on its side, and hanging upside down. Base sticks, ball just succumbs to gravity. I watched a few different video reviews and tried searching online but did not find anyone else with this issue. Wish it would have worked as advertised. Guess it was de-magnetized at some point before being packed and sent to me.
