Worked great but too scratchy for 1st grader to wear all day at school.

Only blinks
I like the tinsel as I think it adds fun for kids and the lights don’t bang together when wearing for school. They are a great kid size but short for adults. I got these for my kids’ school dress up day so these are perfect.The biggest complaint is there is no solid light feature. They only blink or do a strange flickering feature that hurts your eyes. Kind of like it’s trying to be on but something is wrong with the connection. All of them do this. I video recorded it to show but for a strange reason it would not pick it up in the video. My daughter most likely will have to keep it off for school as blinking may be a distraction.

Blending Hawaii with Christmas
These are cute and work the first day. When I tried to use them in a Christmas production, I had a hard time shutting them off completely. We were changing scenes in the dark, and they could see my lights going across the stage on the set. I had to either leave them on the whole time, or keep them turned off.

Broke first use
The first time my kids wore it the wire broke. Kids said they were very ichy too. So wear a turtleneck shirt?

They are super cute, especially when they are lit up. However, they are super fragile. In less than 24 hours from opening, the wiring around the bulbs on the blue one detached and now the bulbs no longer light up. On the green necklace, one of the bulbs suddenly stopped working almost immediately. They are also pretty itchy so we couldn’t keep them on very long. I REALLY like them so I’m hoping the red one hangs on for dear life, but I’m glad I didn’t order the 6 pack. 😕
