This product is fabtastic. Been taking these for a few months now and they have really worked well for me in several ways. Firstly, they’ve helped me sleep. Secondly, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my mood and I notice a real difference if I miss a couple, so I know they work. Thirdly and one I wasn’t expecting, they’ve helped enormously with my hormones.... I haven’t had a bad bout of pms since I began taking them. My mood is much more even. BIG thumbs up.I also bought some for my dad who has type 2 diabetes, and in all honesty, I was beginning to worry had the first stages of dementia. He’s a stubborn man and refuses to see the doctor. He has been deteriorating for a year or two and just sits watching tv... zero interest in much and has little conversation any more. Since taking magnesium, he’s really perked up which is fabulous.
