This seemed to really help -at 1st. But, I got a new bottle of it that I’ve been using for 7 nights ….& I’ve had “real pain” each night. In fact 2 of those nights I got up to take a 2nd. One & it helped. These are ExPenSive, & I take other ExPensive Night meds - so, I will continue to take ONE per night & if they aren’t working, I will come back & update this review. In the meantime, I will be looking & reading reviews for something else to take in its place.One more thing! The ones I got in this bottle are smaller — as in, the same length but not as Fat.

they do relieve pain in feet for me. thats all that matters !! does help have good healthy diet.

I actually use this product for pain in my feet. I guess there’s some people it works, but it didn’t work for me. It doesn’t mean that it’s a bad product. It just didn’t work for me again maybe I have to try three or four months of it in order to see results, I guess I didn’t give it that much time. I use it for a month.

Not a cure all but does help a little!

Helps me sleep through the night .

My massage therapist recommended both the AM and PM products so I ordered. The PM left me exhausted the next day and I did notice before taking it that it did contain melatonin. After taking 2 nights, and feeling this way, I looked up what the recommended dosage is. Most people take 1-5 mg. and experts recommend not taking more than 10 mg. One dose of PM NeuropAway contains 15! As far as the daytime product, I can't say for sure but something has drained me of all my energy. I have stopped taking both now.

At first I tried a different brand and had okay results. The nerve pain stopped but did nothing for sleep or the burning in the bottom of my feet. When it was time for another bottle I was still going to buy it for the nerve pain but it was no longer on the market. I saw this one and it had the same amount of the ingredients that stopped the nerve pain so I bought it. I am getting ready to order another bottle of this and a bigger one. Not only did this continue to stop the nerve pain but it is helping with about 60% of the burning in my feet. Though it is not helping me to get to sleep I seem to feel more comfortable and stay asleep longer when I do sleep. I hope one day they make a stronger version of this to finish helping with the burning and more help with the sleep. Still an excellent product that really works with less than one bottle!

I am 70, totally disabled registered nurse, was attacked by an inmate while on duty. he Destroyed my entire spine in 2008 and after 7 surgerys and becoming an opiod addict due to severe neuropathy I always run out of pain meds about 1 week before my doctor prescribes more. last nite i tried this and I should be writhing in agony but im not at all. I can actually walk. really soon but keeping my fingers crossed. good luck..
