AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Study Guide With 500 Practice Test Questions: Foundational (CLF-C02) Exam (Sybex Study Guide)

One of two key resources that helped me pass the exam. Easy to read and decent exercises.

The chapters are short, focused but detailed. Covers what's needed for the certification exam. Each chapter ends with review questions. The questions are difficult, requiring careful attention to each word. This is helpful in getting used to carefully reading the questions and answer selections. I use this book along with other materials to get my students to pass the AWS CCP exam. Have had lots of success.Missing 1 star because there are a handful of incorrect answers in the answer key in the back of the book.

Starting AWS was not as easy as I expected. Since starting reading this book, made my AWS cloud concepts well orchestrated and on top of it are very high yield questions /answers at end of each chapter.Recommend for anyone who wants to start a AWS cloud journey.

Used this book for my certification exam and passed on the first try

This book offers a solid overview for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam, but it covers just the bare minimum. While it does a good job of introducing key concepts, it lacks the depth some might need to feel fully prepared. The product description mentions access to questions and flashcards, which it actually doesn’t provide. To truly be exam-ready, I’d recommend supplementing this book with additional resources like YouTube videos, personal notes, flashcards, or other study materials. Overall, it's a decent start, but don’t rely on it as your sole study guide.

I passed my certification exam

The book advertises 500 practice questions and 100 flashcards. However, when you login to the Wiley's Sybex Test Prep, you can see only 2 Practice tests with 50 questions each. Even if you add the Assessment Test at the start of the book and all the review questions at end of each chapter, you still don't come up to 500 questions.Also, answers for many end of chapter review questions are incorrect. The explanation would be pointing to one option while the correct option shown in the answers would be something else.

I am not native speaker and I found this giude not really helpful for me.It is written in a non straight forward way, so I would not recommend this book for non native speakers.I found the questions in the book not really helpful for, but this just my personal feeling.
