Ban the vendor
Defective / used product send by vendor. Thankfully I did not get it installed. Unbelievable how can a vendor do it despite receiving full payment. Amazon pls take appropriate action on the vendor.

The biometric feature is not very smooth
The biometric surface is too small and difficult to use due to the small surface area by anyone. specially by kids and elders it becomes really hard for them which is a bummer considering they are the users for whom this is more useful in the household. Also, the biometric feature does not work everytime. One needs to try multiple times sometime before it recognises. In the times where even smartphones with such small biometric surface is so precise this feels really the ancient version of biometric. Had bought Godrej for it's brand value in the space of home security product but seems like they have not been able to keep up with the changing tech advancement
