This is our second Black Cube pan and we love it. These pans are great for cooking meat and stir frying without sticking. However, you do need a little cooking oil. The only thing they don't do well is cooking eggs.

The flat surface area on this wok is wider than the Asian's one so you can use it as a frying pan. Made 3 eggs over easy with no problem. You do have to season the wok if not food will stick. I've had it for 2 months and its my daily cook ware. I use it to boil, stir fry, and pan fry with no issues! I haven'e used metal utensils to cook as i'm still kind of iffy to want to abuse my non stick wok. Clean was easy even if you have burnt on food. Heat distribution is great and maintaining heat is very good as well. I followed directions and didn't go hi heat when cooking. Only con I have is this wok is really heavy! So its hard to pick up with 1 arm and transfer food to serving plate.

4.5 stars. The honeycomb design really works. It is not as non-stick as a traditional teflon pan, but I think the trade off is well worth it. I can safely use metal utensil on it, and I can wash it with a wok brush and I'm not worried about damaging the coating at all. Make sure to add enough oil if you are cooking an egg in this thing, because without oil it will stick but that's about the only thing that you might have problem with. When I cook meat or seafood in this pan, they don't stick, same with vegetables. The build quality is very nice, I expect this pan to last quite a few years.I would give this a 5 star if it was not so heavy.

I LOVE this line of cookware. The wok is great for stir-frying. The mix of non-stick coating keeps the food from sticking while slightly raised stainless steel hex grating protects the coating from getting scratched. It's best to use flippers with a straight edge.

Purchased this in 2019, it was my second one. I should have known that like the first one the non-stickish coating dissolves. Stove top use medium heat only and now it is to the point where it sticks worse than my plain old stainless steel uncoated pans. And....IT IS RUSTING! What the heck? I gave up. Trying carbon steel now.

It's good for stir fry but it is not good to pan fry fish. When I pan fried fist, the work was very sticky. The fish was broken.

This wok works perfectly. Gets good and hot and is the right shape for stir frying. It also works for shallow deep frying. I t cleans easily and is lightweight.

it is not 100% scratch proof as per product detail. the one I bought had scratch and it rust after 5 months in service.

I love the wok being non-stick and heavy duty. It won't be scratched and definitely last much longer than the normal so called non stick wok. I highly recommend this product.

I am not the one who use it, the important thing is my wife love to use it.

Heavy duty and durable, can use metal utensils.

The black non-stick partical is peeling off, it is not dishwasher safe at all.
