Direct replacement for D200.
Had the HVAC duct work overhauled and upon removing the D200s (two of them installed about 2 years ago) found the bulbs were burnt out on one and 1 burnt/1 dim on the other. The "Check if not lit" light on both D200s was lit, so that's not necessarily a good indicator of bulb condition. These are exactly like the original bulbs and fit/worked just fine. Will start replacing these annually.

Good bulbs bad shipping
The product is great. I ordered two bulbs at the same time as some other items. They all arrived together in one mailer both boxes were smashed fully expected broken glass. both bulbs worked. Shipped by amazon more attention to packing might be in order.

Dead in 1 year. Both.
Reco unit had blue light indicating that bulbs are fine. I guess it just means that power is supplied to bulbs but both bulbs burned out within 1 year. I wish bulbs can last longer. At least, I expected them to fade out, but not burn out that quickly.

U V LIGHTS SHOULD BE IN EVERY A C UNIT. KILLS MOLD, BACTERIA, POLLEN, VIRUS, AND OTHER HARMFUL AIR BORNE SUBSTANCES. MUST HAVE FOR HEALTHY AIR!

Burnt out in 4 months
Installed these lamps in my system but were no good in 4 months. Would not buy these!!!
