USA I ordered 10 but had get 9 1/2! They are really nice tho

Q: of what material is shoe made?

Not sure the material, but the "glitter" is a bit scratchy on the skin. Adding tights stopped that. The shoe itself was a bit stiff, I ended up bending it at the toe and crushing the heel before wearing it. Then it was much more comfortable
