Very supportive
Excellent product to support the neck stiffness. But the strong chemical smell is off putting!!

Washing the jacket equals throwing away
I washed the jacket and the dirt got adsorbed to it in form of small particles that makes is rather harsh to sleep on. Apart from this, the height of the sleeping area is too low and I always used it upside down.

I'm very pleased to be able to add to them. I have had a sore neck for months and have been seeing a chiropractor to help. This pillow, though, has worked like magic and been my saviour!!It is quite firm, but that is exactly the reason why it has helped me.My head is now perfectly supported in the correct position. I also now enjoy a peaceful, full night's sleep.
