Easy to put together. Mine was missing a couple of pieces but emailing them was quick and easy. They had my parts shipped to me within a couple of days. Great product and great customer support.

This was relatively easy to put together. It didn’t take too long. We were missing a part but even without it the slide was sturdy. See picture for what was missing. Lots of extra pieces that must go to an add on or something else.

My product came damaged, however the seller made things right and the damaged parts (the ladder and a piece of the swing) are not used.This was bought for 15 month Olds. They are able to play on it and enjoy it with little to no help. It was easy setup and the material is great.

Got this for my 2 year old grandson. They live in a 2br apt. so I was worried about space but it's perfect. Shaped to fit small and large areas. The incline on the slide can also be adjusted.

The slide is wonderful but I'm missing screws for the sides so it is not safe and did not stay intact .Idk how to contact the seller

Easy to put together (not from instructions). There are some extra pieces. Seems sturdy as my adult daughter tested before granddaughter. Toddler loves the climbing and the slide.

The slide is awesome! It’s fast and long enough so that your kiddo won’t be abruptly stopped at the bottom- they will just smoothly slide to the end. It was somewhat difficult to put together because the pictures in the directions aren’t very easy to follow. It is durable and strong and my toddler twins do love it! A great feature is that the stairs leading to the top are solid and without holes so even beginners can’t miss a step!
