Fix n Zip Instant Zipper Replacement, Various, Nickel, S

We have quite an expensive leather 3 piece suite. Fair bit of it is held together by zips. The arm section, in particular get a lot of punishment as pressure is put on them for support, when standing or changing position. One of the zips joining an arm cushion to the solid frame of the chair parted company. It is not easy to manipulate due to its limited access non manipulative position. Did a search on the internet and found this item. Went on YouTube and found instructions on how to use it, but still not fully convinced if it would work on my sofa. Anyway, ordered one and when eventually arrived tried it and it really worked! Only had to have a couple of goes cos the arm of the sofa are not as manageable as, say a jacket or something you can move and twist around but once in position, it did everything the maufacturer/supplier claims.

Works well so far once I got which way round I needed it looks very robust. It would be great if the sizing chart was on the product pictures so have uploaded one.

The long clothes pocket zip broke on my golf club bag a week ago and I thought the bag would need to be replaced at a cost approaching £150. Other than the damaged zip the bag was in good condition, so I considered methods, if any, of repairing or replacing the zip. After a Google search, I came across the 'FixnZip' on Amazon and decided to give it a go (nothing to lose really). Am I glad I did, arrived yesterday as promised, so easy to fit in a few minutes and BINGO, it really works. I can't believe how simple and effective this little product is. Tested a few times and played a round of golf with no repetition of the zip problem. Would highly recommend.

A practical and affordable solution to a common problem. Tried one for the cover of a rabbit’s hutch. One zip had split and it was winter. To reattach a new zip would be very expensive and difficult. This is not easy to fit, especially on a closed zip where you have to connect both sides. But I am visually impaired and still managed to do it, so it is possible. I am so pleased with the result. Thanks for your solution. Highly recommended.

After waiting 4 weeks to find out my local laundry shop couldn't actually fix the zip, I tried this. I made sure I checked the size was spot on (medium for me) and it was perfect - took me less than 2 minutes to put the zip on. Was so easy, I didn't even use the instructions. Highly recommended - the bad reviews must relate to size issues.

Was in two minds due to some reviews - however, it worked perfectly for us and has easily fixed a zip that might have otherwise needed replacing on some garden furniture. Really happy and it's much better than the original zip that was in place. Clear instructions and great product.

Bought to try to save my plastic zippered work trousers when the cheap plastic slider broke. Works brilliantly, good instructions plus excellent 'how to' video on YouTube. Easy to fit, fully tightened job done. Full metal build and comes with everything needed. I did measure the zip width prior to purchase to ensure I had the correct size. Bit expensive but when these trousers wear out I'll remove it for future use.
