Far superior to similar products
This is the second print head cleaning kit I purchased recently and far superior for cleaning Brother printers. The narrow needle allowed me to get the cleaner into the aperture and step by step instructions were perfect. I instructions said you might need to do it twice and the second time was a charm. Saved us from replacing a working printer.

was not satisfied!!!!
the syringe needle did not fit into the ink ports of the printer nor did the plastic tube fit over the same ports. Neither did the plastic tube fit on the syringe when the needle was removed. It was a pure waste of money. I had to purchase plastic tubing from a hardware store. There was only enough solution to properly clean only two inkjets at the most. I will never purchase this product again.

If You Own an InkJet Printer, You Need Print Head Cleaner
The cleaner did not solve the plugged head problem, even though I followed directions given.
