A great pocket knife of a size legal to carry for everyday tasks, non locking blade. Very sharp and well made with nicely shaped blade. Good spring strength that holds the blade in when not in use but does not remove your thumbnail when opening. The wood is well shaped but you would be well advised to finish it with some gun stock oil to enhance and protect it.A quality British made tool at a truly bargain price!

Great knife
The media could not be loaded. For twenty pounds its fantastic dont get me wrong its no show piece but its a good quality knife and its made in BritainI cant fault it just get its cheap and its sheffield steel cant go wrong

Almost a Barlow
Quite good value, the blade is thinner than my spearpoint blade, maybe just the style. The blade is well centred. Came very sharpe and I have used it many times. The wood is smooth but a regular dollop of beeswax keeps it looking and feeling nice. Having a stainless blade means it won't rust which makes sense to me and is easy to keep sharp.

Fantastic value
A straightforward pocket knife, made from good materials and keeps an edge for an appropriate time, hard-wearing and very useful, and from Sheffield! Wire wool smoothed the overall finish, but built to last. No need to spend more. Great value. Nicer to use than the Swiss alternatives.

I am 95 years old , My Grand Father had Taylors Lambfoot knife, My Father had a Taylor's Lambfoot Knife.I also had a Taylor's Lambfoot Knife that I have just passed on to my Daughter and bought myself this beautiful 162 Pattern which will probably be passed on to a Grandson.Another Eye Witness product to treasure.Brian Simpson.

looks like it will last a long time
Wanted a 'UK Legal' older style pocket knife as a present for an adult...something with a bit of style. Solid but poor quality control aestheticly
Ok so for £20 its a solid knife.However the finish on it is pretty dismal- looks like it has been roughly cut from start to finish with no finishing or attention to detail atall- completely wonky cutting on the handle sharp bits on the metal and the knife came pretty blunt and the wood is untreated and has very starchy texture to it
