I did get this to work eventually, and the hardware is perfectly fine for the price and does what it's supposed to. That said, the only instructions you get are a QR code that links directly to a zip file download. Google antivirus, windows defender, and malwarebytes all flagged the download as a trojan virus so suffice to say I never downloaded it. I contacted the manufacturer informing them of the issue and asking them for help, but they didn't respond.I did eventually get this to work. I assembled it using pictures from the amazon listing. It is very much a kit, but that's fine. I have no idea what software they planned on including, but I'm using vpype and universal gcode sender which is working well although had a bit of a learning curve. They labeled the servo wires backwards on mine which took a minute to figure out. I also had to figure out what the correct gcode command format is for the servo and it's "M03 S[0..255]". If you like to tinker, the hardware works perfectly fine. If you expect this to work out of the box or have good support look elsewhere.
