I had bought this and one of the trays had been cracked. No big deal. But I’m just here to say the dehydrator is great and the costumer service is amazing the people there are so helpful and are easy to talk to. The guy even helped me update my name on file. 😂 great guy. Great product. Very satisfied.

Works great. It does use a lot of energy, and will operate like a heater wherever it is. It’s also loud, but again it is cheap and works well.

I bought this dehydrator back in February of last year, I've only used it 3-4 times and made sure not to run it longer than 8-9 hours at a time. Put my harvest in it last night and went to bed. Just woke up and it's just blowing room temperature air...no heat whatsoever. So my lions Mayne and shitaki harvests aren't dehydrated and spoiling and I'm out of a dehydrator ive barely used. There's also no link to contact the seller here on Amazon like most sellers...highly disappointed this thing didn't last after minimum use.

So I ordered the dehydrator and it came fast let me tell you. Like 2 days it was here. I did standard shipping so I was super surprised. Mine must have been dropped or something bc the fan made some odd sounds and the product all in all seemed to not work properly bc of that. Never fear they sent me a replacement just as fast and it works flawlessly! Thank you Myco labs for your quick and quality customer service the product is phenomenal!!!

It does what it's supposed to. Dries my shroomies. I set it at 140 and run it for around 6 hours. I haven't used it for anything else. Has lots of room and the trays are deep enough for larger specimens. If youve got some truly enormous >50g chonkers you'll probably need to slice them in half lengthwise though.Really the only downside is the lack of a timer.

This isn't just a shroom dryer, it can be used for anything. Load your trays, set your temp, turn it on, and voila! No timer is a bummer, but I have a smart plug I use for the timer.

Ordered one as a gift, so I had the product for about a month before "gifting day" ,, upon delivering the gift We found the base to have been damaged during shipping, a large chunk was broken out, I noticed the box was a little crumpled but didn't hear anything rattling around, I contacted the seller with a pic on a Sunday, received a reply in less than 12 hours stating they would ship a new product immediately, it arrived with a little extra bubble wrap and all in tact !! I gave the original broken item a try the heater and fan still worked, just have to keep an eye on the temp and time with all the extra air it's drawing in but still worked just fine !
