I purchased this on their website, but my review wasn't published. The bag itself is beautifully made, the material and fittings are great quality. There's two zippered compartments with an open compartment in the centre. I love the design. However, the straps are narrow, and even with a single laptop, book and waterbottle, don't distribute the weight properly. They cut into my shoulders within a few minutes. I use the bag with shoulder pads, and they work well enough, but I expected an ergonomic bag.
