all arrived in good condition. fast enough for my use. after using it for a few weeks i can say all is well

Had this for about 5 months now, my thoughts.I did quite a but of research before purchase, so i had good idea of what i was walking into. Keeping in mind that this is a starter pc until i bought all the parts for my main pc. Is it noisy? Yea, at times. Is there minor damages? Yes there are. Does all the usb ports work? Depends, my headphones dont, at least not all of them, but flash drives work.Overall it's not bad the monitor isnt the brightest or have the richest colors but it gets the job done. I needed a computer that was going to allow me to do my work from home job, which it does. The keyboard is clicky, which i like. The mouse.. I'd switch out, its ok but its a little much for me plus i can't to the rgb lights off on it.What you should expect. Is not a brand new pc, because that's not what this is. Dont expect to play high performance games on this, because it cant handle it, it doesn't even have a GPU. Light gaming at best. But if you are doing office work, this is more than enough to get you started.

Update: Seller contacted me and will send new cover. ;)I bought this as a PC for troubleshooting other PCs. Great price, but my case had broken clips. So, the front doesn't stay on, and the power button is a bit of a trick.

I bought this computer for class. When I got thought is was nice there is a fair amount of damage on the front of the tower. then found out, only one out of four on the frount usb drive dont works. That one your going to need because it dosen't have a wifi card in it. Some of the other ports in the back are also lose or just don't work. Wouldn't recommend in less you can fix computer.

I had a problem with the computer, but after working with tech support, they resolved it, and my computer is working fine.

The Mrs. had an old HP that was at least 12 years old. She is really happy with the new computer. Even though it is refurbished. It works extremely fast. The wireless adapter they sent with it would only do 2.4g so we got one that does 5g and that makes all the difference in the world. For the price, it is a great value.

The computer and monitor is awesome. Very, very fast. you click it and its there instantly. included mouse and key board are junk. mouse lit up but didnt work. keyboard wouldnt do anything. had to use old mouse and keyboard. tech support through amazon was worthless. said 24-48 hours for contact. still nothing several days later. tower and monitor are worth it i say.
