One of three MinoSharp water whetstones of different grit ratings, this beige coloured one is Grit 6000 (super finishing grade) for for finely honing nearly sharp knife-edges. Whilst sharpening, do not flush away the thick liquid, which will form from your whetstone, this contains a sharpening agent. Using this whetstone will help you keep your knife sharper for longer periods. The whetstone requires submersion in water for at least 10 to 15 minutes before it can be used.
