Excellent lock purchase
My existing lock went wrong and would not lock from the inside -After 17 years it was great to find an exact match for the lock - no new holes to be drilled or change the keys

Just right for my oak door!
Yale arrived quickly, and happy to say that lock has the original chunky feel and build - just the style and quality I hoped for.Do check the screws that come with it - one was missing, and the others seem too long, all probably from another model of lock? Also a pity that the visible inside screw-heads were not also black. Still - I'm a happy customer: Thank you Saundersons.

Paint chipped already
Not had this very long and the black paint has already chipped off from the latch side (the basket that sits on the door frame). Really gutted as just spent literally months restoring an old Edwardian front door and this looked amazing until the paint came off. I don’t know where I can get a replacement basket from.

Seller was excellent as I chose to return this lock. I decided I wanted a shiny one is all.

Good as Expected
Replaced similar aging Yale lock which was no longer fully working. Replacement fitted almost exactly without resorting to paint or drill.
