Received Thursday night quit working on Sunday.Charged it and wore it to bed. Base on the reviews was excited when receiving band, but now very disappointed.From the beginning band was slow to sync with app. App is very minimal and warnings are in Chinese. Could not find tools to change language to English or to change kilometers to miles. Also United States is not a country listed in App. Ended up using UK (England).Check accuracy of band using Medical grade Blood Pressure Cuff and Pulse-Oxygen Meter. Heart beat or pulse is off by 10 to 15 beats per minute. Blood oxygen reads 96% regardless. When Pulse Ox meter showed 95% to 98%. Blood Pressure is showing lower number on top and higher number on bottom around 75/110,just varying by a few points on top and bottom...this is why I checked it against blood pressure cuff. Blood Pressure is completely wrong.Had sent a inquiry to seller due to issue hoping to get resolution, but then band quit working.Sunday charged band because app said battery was at 44%. After two hours still showing 44%. Removed charging and reconnected. Band showed battery was fully charged. This was at 4 PM. Sunday band was not syncing to app and finally got steps to sync at 8 PM. Steps were off by around 900 most of the day. Also app now showed battery at 100%.During the night, maybe around midnight, the steps reset to 0 (zero). During the night, went to bathroom. Band should have shown around 200 steps, but band showed zero. Later got up to get a drink of water and band showed 0 (zero) steps.Tried to reset watch, but Bluetooth was disconnected. App and band would not connect on Bluetooth. Turned off Bluetooth and turned back on. Tried to connect and would not connect. Finally, on third try Bluetooth connected. Hit reset and band changed time/clock face to digital from Analog. Why or how I do not know, had tried to set/change this option when it was received.The band response time is getting slower and slower.Seriously because you have to have your Bluetooth on constantly for the app to track the band. Between the app and the Bluetooth being on constantly it definitely shorten's the time when you need to charge the battery on your smartphone.I am now using a free Health tracking pedometer app and it is far better than the app you have to use with this band.Amazon was great and I received a refund.

SO far so good, I like it. This is the first day wearing it. Love how sleek it looks, it does do the job. Monitors heart, blood pressure, steps, calories. However, when I went to click on the location for our personal settings- USA is NOT listed at all. Therefore everything is in kg, cm, and nearly everyone on the board is not English. I am in North Dakota, USA- and I had to put Canada just to get as close as I could. Otherwise, it is doing its job, it also was VERY easy to set up! I love how it comes with two extra bands. I have small wrists and it fit perfect. I really like it.Edit December 15th, 2017.Unfortunately this morning when I went for my walk, I had the steps at nearly 3000. When I went back to the locker it connected to my Bluetooth on the phone, and completely erased all my steps in did today. This is the third time it's done this and yes it's charged. Not happy.

This thing was a pain. I quit wearing it after a week or two. Turning your wrist to see the time worked when it felt like it. The stepper tracker was completely off. The BP measurement reads backwards. When I tested my BP it read 74/121. I mailed them telling them something was wrong; that by the readings i was getting meant i was in serious trouble. They mailed back that the watch listed the diastolic first and systolic second because of "where it was made" and that it couldn't be changed.The time kept jumping from the clock back to the military time setting that is the default. It was only holding a 36-40 hour charge.Basically this is a cheap, poorly made knock-off. Don't waste your money on this.

I'm giving 4 stars because I liked it but it was too difficult to figure out.. I had lost two I got from walmart because they some how came off and decided on this one because it has a band like a watch... it’s soft and very comfortable works great however I can't figure out how to change the time to single hours... it’s now showing 22 hours instead of showing 10pm. also sometimes when I wake up some how the clock is 20 min behind the real time which is weird. Because of this I had to return it. I liked how soft and comfortable it is but it was just to difficult for me to deal with it.

Tonight is my first time to use this smart bracelet at gym room. It help me count my fat burn and walking step. But the ture is I spend my time to play the smart bracelet more than I do my exercise. It is fun. I set the alarm clock tomorrow morning,let see how it works.

It's okay. Never fully connects to phone. Time is always slightly off. Doesn't accurately count steps. Does show texts though which I like.

Like it, but has very few directions with it. A lot of guessing went into setting up and using it, still learning.

I loved this watch in the beginning but it no longer keeps an accurate date; seems when it is charged it goes to another date and I cannot get it to change to the current date. UGH!!!
