Beautiful and durable keypad/door handle. It was a little tricky to install, mostly because my husband didn't fall the very first step. He said he couldn't see why he had to do that step, so didn't. And after getting everything installed, the locking mechanism didn't work, so had to start all over again. So, READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! lol then I'm sure it will be easy for you.I'm glad I purchased this. It's so much nicer looking that what we had before.We bought our house with a keypad installed already and none of our keys worked with the lock, so the keypad was the only way to unlock/lock the door from outside. Then my father in law felt like he needed to change our code for us (he was NOT asked to) and broke it. So, we were never able to use it properly. Finally, I'm able to REALLY use my front door again!I'm so very happy!

Got this lock for the house we have a pretty busy house hold and kids are constantly loosing their keys so we got tired of constantly making copies of keys and having to leave were we might of been to rush home and open the door so the kids can get in. For some reason our teenagers always loose their keys but never their phones lol. But we pretty much set them all up with their own code and it’s solved that problem. It was pretty straight forward to install instructions came in the box. It was good quality material and the matte black finish was a nice touch to our door since it’s grey. But if you have a busy house with teens and tired or them loosing keys all the time then this is a great buy

Keypad deadbolt lock this was very easy to install great battery life I got this for my back door because we keep on losing the key to it and we have kids in the house so we wanted to make it so it was a lot easier to enter the house without having to get a key for all the kids this was a great price highly recommended

One of the pieces was scratched when I unpacked it. I could tell the rest of the doorknob would quickly go from black to copper in high contact areas. Not really the look I’m going for. Returned it for the brushed nickel version as the lock itself is good and works well.***Update***Seller is addressing quality issues with the manufacturer. The black finish is currently unavailable as they work to get a better product back in stock. Very responsive to emails and concerns.The satin nickel finish one is working great. It seems solidly built and once I read the instructions it was easy to program.

Instructions were straight forward and it was easy to install. I rarely leave reviews but was pleasantly surprised with this.

No where in the instructions can I find how to delete the "test code" 1234... I can't delete user codes but not this one....so no my deadbolt has the easiest code.

For starters this is super tricky to install and there is no way to removed the "generic" test code with the admin code. I realize I am after the return to Amazon deadline and Amazon was great when trying to help me with this and directed me to the maker. So when I contacted the maker, they directed me back to Amazon even after telling them amazon sent me to them. They are zero help and this is not on Amazon, this is on the manufacture.I uninstalled and reinstalled a second time and it still unlocks by itself from time to time. Nobody is near it and it just unlocks. This product is supposed to offer piece of mind yet now I have to purchase a different lock to do what this one is supposed to do to begin with!
