I love the effects of apple cider vinegar, though this doesn't help with weight loss as I am not on the Keto diet, which these are designed for. They still taste good and give you the benefits that apple cider vinegar has to offer. They have B Vitamins and do help reduce the amount I eat in the morning, for the most part.

The taste is good, but they didn't do anything for me. No extra energy, appetite cravings, etc.
