Arrived ok but quite a lot of chips which is disappointing

Not as sticky as my last few sets even when warm
Doesn't feel like the grip paint is as effective on this last pair. Even once warm mid gig they still feel smooth as if just painted black.Still great sticks but quality seems a little off sadly. Maybe just a dud pair?

Grip was worse
Annoyingly as a sweaty handed drummer I thought my prayers were answered with this product. But infact they got slippier than the non coated normal ones. Felt like the coating was so slippy they had 2 small rubber bands which is someway help with grip but the stick still ended up slipping out my hand mid set and swapped to the normal pro marks and was fine for the rest of the set.Literally did not get in anyway tacky just like playing with plastic or something was odd.Doesn’t work at all :(

Great name and quality
Love these sticks.Super grippy and high quality.Not sure they will improve my drumming but I'll give them a good go.
