glue mess
Arrived with styrofoam around the base and put in a box. It had no damage or chemical smell when opened.I have a love hate with this decoration. I bought one locally and this is lesser quality, but the same price. This is lightweight and the base looks quite nice but the smaller branches are clearly plastic and give it a cheaper look. To be fair, it isn't as obvious in the water as it is in your hand.There were threads of hot glue where the stems and leaves were glued on messily, and some glops of glue around the joints, but it was easy to get those cleaned up.

This decoration is well made and makes a lovely addition to my Betta tank.

As expected
It's a resin tree with plastic leaves. I am a little worried about the leaves and whether it'll shred my fish's tail, but I'll know once the aquarium is set up, I suppose.

Quality Bonsai
It looks beautiful in my 50 gallon fish tank. It is big enough for the tank giving it a beautiful ambience.
