I've been using this for skin health for a week, definitely seems to work, skin not so dry and looks healthier, definate improvement, easy to swallow gel capsules, no taste leaks through, compared to buying a moisturiser, this is much better value for money.....

I didn't think that Vitamin C was THAT important, until my supply ran out and I had NONE for a couple of days. I truly felt lacking in energy and "down", so I was very glad to return to a daily pill and it has proved essential to my well-being !

They seem to do the job. There's no real taste to these & they don't have any after effects for me, other than providing the Vitamin E to my internals.

Improvement
I have only been using this product 17 days and I can see a definite improvement in my nails. They have a sheen and seem less brittle.
