I am very sad to say this product didn't work on my dog. It says to use two capsules of the shampoo I used the entire bottle and my poor dog still has fleas, this is as well as using the spray bottle after and the collar, Sunday night it is now Tuesday evening and my dog is still in much discomfort. This saddens me to right as I understand it is a family run business but at the end of the day people pay for a product, it should work.

Pleasant smell, easy to use and works well.

Despite the five star reviews, this didn't work at all. My dog has worn the flea collar for 2 weeks and it still hasn't stopped the fleas or him catching them. Then I used the shampoo and it also didn't kill the fleas. Overall I was really disappointed with this and would not recommend this product.

In this Pet Gift Box you get a Flea and Tick collar that's waterproof, allergy free and all natural ingredients, The collar comes in a tin and fully sealed inside.The Flea and Tick shampoo has a pleasant odour and is 100ml, itchy skin relief.There is also 100ml of Flea and Tick Spray with Lavender, Clove, Cittonella and Jojoba Oil.It says period of validity 2 years, but I can't see a date on it.I haven't used the shampoo yet as I have just bathed my dogs, but I did use the Spray and my dogs aren't scratching which is a good sign.There is a date on the shampoo, 2022, Not sure if that's the date of manufacture or the expiry date as the symbols before the date are Chinese letters.

With the warmer weather hopefully on its way I wanted to try a more natural flea and tick repellent. First off, it is very unclear about the expiry date and as you will see from my last photo, there is a Chinese symbol printed next to a date on the underneath of the spray bottle. I am assuming this is not the expiry day but I am also puzzled that this is supposed to be made in the UK. Now I often make organic sprays and creams myself which include natural oils and since there is virtually no smell from this spray I am struggling to believe that this contains lavender, clove and citronella which are all very potent smelling essential oils, even in small quantities there would be a definite smell. My understanding is that fleas and ticks are put off by the smell??I will not be using the collar as this is too big and hard for my small dog so I cannot comment on this.The shampoo again hardly smells of anything and previous flea repellent shampoo’s that I have used smell a lot stronger. It is unclear if this is meant to be left for 5-10 seconds or minutes? I will use this and see.To summarise, I have used the spray on my dog and she has not had any reaction from it. It’s too soon to see if this will actually work. I will still be using my usual tick and flea treatment and will use this as a top up half way through.
