Great product

Finding a prebiotic that is dairy free is actually a bit harder than I thought. Although my other prebiotics were ok I didn't realize they contained dairy which made my stomach feel awful/uncomfortable.Align quality and easy to swallow tablets helps aid the side effects my tummy often runs into. Although it is not a complete cure all, but with 1 tablet it helps relieve the pain which helps give me a little more energy to go about my day. It is also a great size to put in my handbag.My only problem is that it only comes with 28 tablets so I have to keep my amazon subscription to send it to me every 3 weeks or skip 2/3 days.

I was gas every day but this thing does work. This is my 2nd bottle. I will take it until my body builds resistance to it.OK update: ok the first bottle worked great. 2nd bottle I started feeling gasy again.. I take it daily, along with other vitamins (Multivitamins, Vitamin D, Zinc). The Pro of this product is after I take it I don't feel crazy bowel movements. And the capsule is easy to swallow.

I am giving this "5 stars" for the people like me who maybe only read the positives. Beware. This probiotic made me feel so sick I was convinced I needed to go to the hospital after weeks of my intestines cramping so bad I was hunched over in pain, diarrhea at time, chills, headaches, and just overall feeling sick shaky etc. Made the correlation of this new thing in the timeframe I was taking this and feeling ill, stopped taking it a few days ago and amazing my stomach is not twisted in knots. No more chills. Etc. A shame because I took it to help me be more regular and it turned into a nightmare. So this is actually a negative 5 star review. Please be careful. There are a lot of similar reviews out there for this.
