its a supplement so I don’t really know the capsules are big and you need two.The bottom line is my selenium levels in my blood work came back better so thats a good thing.

I was looking forward to starting back up on a garlic supplement, but this one specifically has caused a lot of acid like belching throughout the day. I can't blame the product itself 100% but with being someone with acid reflux and GI disease, this brand doesn't settle with me. Or it could be the dosage, or even the way it's packaged into the capsules.
