Great Addition to My Home Gym
My friend suggested these gliding discs as a great low impact exercise so I decided to try them. I did a few different exercises and even tried the ones they show on the package. Today I did a 20 minute workout and these REALLY work your abs and your core muscles! What's really great is that all the exercises they suggest are low impact which was exactly what I was looking for. I'm over 55 years old and in 'average' shape. I found that these exercise discs provided a satisfying workout for me so I'm quite satisfied and am now glad that I decided to try them. They'll make a great addition to my home gym equipment. I tried them on both my carpeted floor and my hardwood floor. They were great in both cases, but more slippery on the carpeted floor, so for more control I'd suggest using a hardwood floor to start. Love the compact size of these and the carry bag too as they store easily.
